Ms. Greener has significant experience in the implementation of sustainability, lean manufacturing, and industrial quality management systems. She has led sustainability and resource efficiency projects for companies and clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups to the industrial facilities of multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
Her industry experience includes hospitality, food and beverage processing, product manufacturing, retail, automotive, chemical, semi-conductor, facility automation (robotics), and construction. Ms. Greener has given numerous talks, facilitated visioning sessions, developed pragmatic sustainability strategies, implemented organization-wide employee engagement programs, developed zero-to-landfill initiatives, and provided executive sustainability leadership for her clients. Additionally, she has conducted classes in sustainability, innovation, continuous quality improvement, and led problem-solving groups for manufacturing strategies. Ms. Greener has experience in ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and Six-Sigma.
Catherine Greener’s experience includes: Vice President of Environmental Affairs and Sustainability for Xanterra Travel Collection; VP of Sustainability Consulting at Saatchi & Saatchi S; Team Leader Commercial and Industrial Team, Rocky Mountain Institute; and Director of Quality and Customer Focus for ABB Flexible Automation.
She is regularly invited to speak on various sustainability topics including strategy, employee engagement and integrating sustainability into marketing messages. Greener holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University & a MBA from the University of Michigan.

Dave has more than 20 years of experience working in market research, branding and strategy across most consumer goods categories. He was a founder of Radar Communications in Boulder, Colorado. Radar worked with brands like Intel; Levi’s; General Mills and Unilever to leverage creative and immersive consumer research into strategy, product development and keeping client companies exceptionally close to their customers.
Radar was acquired by global ad agency and creative agency Crispin Porter & Bogusky in 2009. Dave was a senior strategist and worked on ground-breaking work for clients like Domino’s; Best Buy; Microsoft; and Bolthouse Farms. While at CPB, Dave was on the founding team of Bcycle – the first modern bike sharing system in the US. Bcycle is now in 52 cities.
Most recently he was the VP of Partnership and Product Innovation at New Hope/Informa Media where he founded and developed the NEXT Platform – the go to predictive model for the natural products and health and wellness industries. He holds a BS in Business and Psychology from Rollins College and University of Sydney.
